Optional shop analytics
Analytics starts after you choose “Allow analytics.” It records pseudonymous browser and session IDs, source-link tags, page and interaction events, coarse device information, and an optional link to a confirmed order. Browser IDs are not verified identities or anonymous data.
We do not record passwords, form contents, license keys, full sensitive URLs, IP-based visitor identities, fingerprints or screen replays. Admin, account, login API and payment-result pages are excluded from behavioral collection. Necessary login and payment processing continue when you reject analytics.
The data is held in our Supabase database; the website and its API are hosted on Vercel. The conversion dashboard does not send these records to an external AI service or advertising pixel. Current analytics retention is shown in Privacy settings. Business order and payment records are handled separately.
Voluntary feedback
You can submit a category and optional text to help us improve the shop without accepting analytics. We store the question version, answer, page, product where known, and submission time. A tracked visit is linked only when analytics consent is active. Please do not include credentials, payment information or license keys. Obvious links, email addresses and key patterns are removed from text, but automated removal cannot recognize every sensitive detail.
Your choices
Use the Privacy settings control at the bottom of the site to reject analytics or withdraw consent. Withdrawal stops further collection and requests deletion of the tracked visits and associated feedback; necessary business records stay separate. A failed deletion request is shown with a retry action. For other privacy requests or unlinked feedback you want removed, use our support page.
