2. Products & Licenses
All products sold on Spiteware are digital software licenses. Upon successful purchase, you receive a unique license key that grants you access to the corresponding software for the selected subscription duration.
- License keys are for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.
- Each license key is bound to a single user account.
- We reserve the right to revoke licenses that violate these terms.
3. Account & Authentication
Access to our services requires authentication via Discord OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account. We are not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from compromised third-party credentials.
4. Payments
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of any applicable fees unless stated otherwise.

6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any software provided by Spiteware.
- Distribute, share, or leak any product, license key, or proprietary material.

- Attempt to exploit, breach, or interfere with our systems or infrastructure.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain product compatibility with the latest game updates. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Game updates may temporarily affect product functionality. We will work to restore compatibility as quickly as possible and communicate status updates through our Discord server.
8. Limitation of Liability
Spiteware is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from the use of our products, including but not limited to game bans, account suspensions, or system issues. You use our products at your own risk.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Significant changes will be communicated via our Discord server.
